Answer: 

1. Temperature control broken. 

Replace temperature control.

2. At least one heating element broken. 

Replace broken heating element.

3. Overheat thermostat is activated. 

Reset the overheat thermostat.

Temperature cannot be controlled when power is on, temperature controller is on and thermostat indicator on.

External surfaces should be cleaned regularly with hot water, some soap and a soft sponge. Rinse your contact grill with a moist sponge.
